Streamline Cloning of Blunt-Ended DNA
The EcoRI Adaptors attach EcoRI “sticky” ends to blunt-ended DNA for added convenience during cloning. The EcoRI Adaptors consist of two complementary oligonucleotides: a 16mer and a 12mer phosphorylated at the 5´-end. The oligonucleotides are provided annealed in equimolar concentrations in water.
