Ready to Use Solution of Deoxynucleotide Triphosphates
Simplify your reactions and reduce the possibility of contamination by adding nucleotides as a mix. dNTP Mix is a solution containing sodium salts of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at 10mM in water at pH 7.5; the total concentration of nucleotides is 40mM. One microliter of the dNTP Mix in a 50ÎĽl reaction will give a final dNTP concentration of 200ÎĽM for each dNTP.
