The Maxwell® 16 Buccal Swab LEV DNA Purification Kit is designed for optimal automated extraction of DNA from buccal swabs using the Maxwell® 16 Instrument. This kit is optimized for maximum yield and purity. The automated DNA extraction method provides consistent results and sufficient yield for downstream assays. One swab has been shown to produce greater than 100ng/μl DNA.
